DOA Online Game Maintenance Schedule

10.00 AM to 10.30 PM every Monday

10.00 AM to 3.00 PM every Thursday

DOA servers will be shut down at these times.

Game Master Operation Hours

10:00am – 6:00pm Monday to Friday

There will be Game Master in the game or the lobby at these hours. They will be there to assist you to join or create games and answer simple queries.

Customer Service Operation Hours

10:00am – 6:00pm Monday to Friday

All cases must be reported to Customer Service through the online Helpdesk system. Cases will be responded to within 1 working day.

Office Operation Hours

9:00am – 6:00 pm Monday to Friday

All office correspondence and other business matters not covered by the 2 matters above will be handled at these times.
